Hunglish Limited is the data controller for personal information processed in connection with AirportScope.
Information we collect
When you use AirportScope, we may collect or process:

- your subscription and account status;
- the airports you select;
- your Registration or Frames preference;
- your report delivery preferences;
- spotting-history or aircraft-history data you supply or synchronise;
- on-demand report requests;
- basic technical, diagnostic and security logs; and

Payment information
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. AirportScope does not need to store full payment-card details itself. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy arrangements.
How we use information
We use personal information to create and administer accounts, provide the subscription, keep aircraft-history data synchronised, determine which aircraft the subscriber still needs, generate scheduled and on-demand reports, provide map and checklist functionality, manage subscriptions, provide support, maintain security, diagnose technical problems, and meet legal or accounting obligations where applicable.

Where UK data-protection law applies, we rely on the legal basis that is appropriate for the activity. This may include performance of the contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving AirportScope, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where consent is specifically required.
